U.S. EPA Invites Baker to Speak in Philadelphia

Apr 02, 2013

On April 2, 2013, Brian Baker (Co-Owner and Director of Marketing & Design at studio26 homes) was invited to speak to employees in the Region III (Mid-Atlantic serving DE, DC, MD, PA, VA, and WV) Office of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Philadelphia.  Brian was asked to provide a presentation into how studio26 designs and builds genuine green, high-performance homes here in Eastern Pennsylvania.
Baker was thankful for the opportunity and was hopeful that his presentation brought forth some insightful wisdom: “I really enjoyed speaking with the folks at the EPA, and hope that everyone could take with them a few little nuggets of valuable information from our experiences in crafting custom, high-performance homes over the years!”

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is a federal agency tasked with ‘protecting human health and the environment’ throughout the country.  More specifically as it relates to the building industry, the EPA facilitates some of these duties through its Energy Star program, WaterSense program, and Indoor airPLUS program.
