studio26 homes Part of Team Awarded Contract with BAVTS

Team partners – studio26 homes; local engineering firm, Lehigh Valley Engineering; and local award-winning architecture firm, Spillman Farmer Architects – were awarded the contract from the Bethlehem Area Vocational Technical School (BAVTS) to design a unique green housing prototype that the school’s professional construction students will build themselves. Part of the contract also includes a valuable educational element where the team will instruct and inform the building industry’s future designers and trade professionals on the importance of healthy, advanced building science techniques and proven sustainable practices.
